Privacy Policy
Last updated: 10 September 2026 · Effective: 10 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how OmniGame ("OmniGame", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our mobile games and applications (each, an "App") and this website (together, the "Services").
If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Services. If you have questions at any point, write to privacy@omnigame.cc — a person will answer you.
1. Information we collect
Our Apps do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for your name, postal address or phone number. The information below is collected automatically or provided by you when you contact us.
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Device & technical data | Device model, operating system version, screen size, language, country/region, time zone, mobile carrier, network type, app version | Run the App correctly on your device, fix crashes, size content and ads |
| Advertising identifiers | Apple IDFA / IDFV, Google Advertising ID (GAID), App Set ID, and vendor-generated IDs used by our ad partners | Show ads, cap how often you see the same ad, measure whether an ad worked |
| Gameplay & usage data | Levels started and completed, session length and frequency, in-app events, settings you change, features you use | Balance difficulty, decide what to build next, understand retention |
| Approximate location | Country and region inferred from IP address. We do not collect GPS or precise location. | Legal compliance, currency and language, regional ad rules |
| Purchase data | Whether a purchase succeeded, product identifier, store receipt token | Deliver what you bought and restore it on a new device |
| Diagnostics | Crash logs, error traces, performance metrics | Find and fix bugs |
| What you send us | Your email address and the contents of your message when you contact support | Answer you |
Payments for in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google. We never receive or store your card number, bank details or billing address.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Apps, including saving your progress on your device.
- To diagnose crashes, fix defects and improve stability and performance.
- To understand — in aggregate — how our games are played, so we can design better ones.
- To display advertising, limit repetitive ads, and measure advertising performance.
- To detect and prevent fraud, invalid traffic, cheating and abuse.
- To respond to your support requests and to comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not use your data to build profiles for anyone outside the advertising purposes described below.
3. Advertising and analytics partners
Our Apps are free and supported by advertising. To serve and measure ads we work with third-party partners that may collect or receive device and advertising identifiers and usage data directly through SDKs embedded in the App. Each partner is an independent controller of the data it collects and handles that data under its own privacy policy:
| Partner | Role | Privacy policy |
|---|---|---|
| Google (AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, Firebase Crashlytics) | Advertising, analytics, crash reporting | policies.google.com/privacy |
| AppLovin (MAX) | Ad mediation and advertising | applovin.com/privacy |
| Meta Audience Network | Advertising | facebook.com/about/privacy |
| Unity Ads | Advertising | unity.com/legal |
| AppsFlyer | Install attribution and marketing measurement | appsflyer.com/legal |
| Apple | App distribution, in-app purchases, App Analytics | apple.com/legal/privacy |
Tracking permission on iOS
On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before the IDFA is used for cross-app tracking. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you and measured differently. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Opting out on Android
You can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Google → Ads (the exact path varies by device), which limits interest-based advertising.
4. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on:
- Contract — to deliver the App you asked for, including purchases and progress.
- Consent — for personalised advertising and any non-essential analytics. Where required, we collect this through a consent management platform on first launch, and you can withdraw it at any time in the App's settings.
- Legitimate interests — for security, fraud prevention, crash diagnostics and aggregate product analytics, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose information by law.
5. How long we keep information
- Crash and diagnostic logs: up to 90 days.
- Aggregate and pseudonymised analytics: up to 26 months, after which it is deleted or fully anonymised.
- Support correspondence: up to 24 months after your request is closed.
- Records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons: for the period the law requires.
Data held by our advertising partners is retained according to their own policies, which are linked in Section 3.
6. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California and other US states with comparable laws may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected and shared, request deletion, and opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell personal information as that term is commonly defined, and we honour Global Privacy Control signals on this website.
To exercise any right, email privacy@omnigame.cc. We respond within 30 days. We will never charge you or degrade your experience for exercising a right. If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Deleting your data
Our Apps do not use accounts, so most of your data — progress, settings, preferences — lives on your device and is removed when you delete the App.
To request deletion of anything held on our side or by our partners, email privacy@omnigame.cc from any address and include:
- the name of the App,
- your platform (iOS or Android), and
- your advertising identifier, if you are able to retrieve it (many Apps show it under Settings → About).
We will confirm receipt, delete or anonymise the data within 30 days, and forward the request to any partner holding it. Records we are legally required to retain are the only exception, and we will tell you if that applies.
8. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country — for example 16 in parts of the EEA), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Where an App is listed as suitable for a mixed audience, we apply age-appropriate settings: no personalised advertising, no cross-app tracking, and advertising limited to child-directed inventory, consistent with COPPA, the Google Play Families policy and Apple's Kids Category requirements.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact privacy@omnigame.cc and we will delete it promptly.
9. International transfers
We and our partners process information on servers located in a number of countries, including the United States and Singapore. When we transfer personal information out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with additional safeguards where needed.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS), restrict internal access to what each person needs, and keep our SDKs and dependencies current. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If a breach affects your information and the law requires notice, we will notify you and the relevant regulator without undue delay.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Apps and the law evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the App before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the revised policy.
